HEALTH & SAFETY
Health & Safety First
Updated August 9, 2021
We are so excited to welcome you back to Earl Klugh’s Weekend of Jazz at The Broadmoor!
WOJ is very pleased to be presenting our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday main stage performances OUTDOORS and under the brilliant Colorado Sky! In the event of inclement weather, concerts will be moved indoors to spacious venues to accommodate social distancing.
Most of the WOJ à la carte experiences will be outdoors (weather permitting) as well and each will be clearly identified whether indoors or outdoors for your comfort.
WOJ will require the wearing of Face Masks to all indoor performances and official indoor WOJ events. At this time, Face Masks are highly encouraged but optional for outdoor performances and experiences. We appreciate your cooperation to honor this request for the comfort and safety of all. Complimentary masks will be available for each WOJ event whether indoors or outdoors.
Artists will provide Pre–Autographed CDs for your purchase to maintain social distancing practices.
WOJ is working closely with The Broadmoor Team, and state and local public health authorities to provide a safe, fun experience for everyone choosing to participate in our 17th Annual Weekend of Jazz. The efforts already in use by The Broadmoor include Safety and Health Certifications which, can be found here https://www.broadmoor.com/health-safety-certifications/ Please refer to www.broadmoor.com for the most recent updates. Among the protocols already in use include thorough and constant cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces, venues, and public spaces.
WOJ Team, Artist, Production, and Support staff safety protocol includes wearing face masks, temperature checks, personal protective equipment, regular disinfection of all production equipment, and other social distancing practices throughout Weekend of Jazz.
We have taken the extra step of requiring each of our WOJ staff and Production Team to provide proof of a Negative PCR COVID-19 Test 72 hours before arrival to The Broadmoor regardless of vaccination status.
We are requiring all Artists, their band members, and production and support staff to provide proof of vaccination and or a negative PCR Covid-19 test 72 hours prior to arrival.
* If Patrons experience symptoms, exposure, or positive test for Covid-19, they are expected to NOT ATTEND WOJ or ENTER a WOJ venue and immediately contact Boxoffice@WeekendOfJazz.com for information.
